These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and eb33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the eb33 website, mobile platform, sportsbook, live casino, slot games, and all associated services (collectively, "the Services").

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the eb33 platform. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. All activities conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — are your responsibility. eb33 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

eb33 may at any time require you to complete an identity verification ("KYC") process before permitting withdrawals or continued account access. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on the eb33 platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No foreign currency conversions are applied to member accounts.

eb33 offers various promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, and other incentives to registered members from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all eb33 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered members only and may not be claimed by the same individual, household, IP address, or payment account more than once unless explicitly permitted.

eb33's decision on all bonus and promotion matters is final and binding.

All bets placed on the eb33 sportsbook are subject to the specific betting rules for the relevant sport and market. Cricket betting rules — including rules for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are published in the sportsbook rules section of the platform.

General betting rules applicable across all sports markets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. eb33 does not guarantee that displayed odds will remain available for any specific duration.
• eb33 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was the subject of suspicious or irregular activity, match manipulation, or where incorrect odds were published due to a system or human error.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of the relevant market and the conditions prevailing at the time of acceptance. eb33 may suspend live markets at any time at its discretion.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the sportsbook interface. eb33 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eb33 platform. eb33 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities — in respect of any member engaged in prohibited conduct:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to place bets, exploit games, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime using the eb33 platform
• Colluding with other members, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting markets
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the eb33 platform — any such errors must be reported to [email protected] immediately
• Engaging in, facilitating, or being knowingly connected to any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or other corruption of sporting events
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing eb33 staff or other members
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to eb33's systems, data, or infrastructure

eb33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to pass identity verification or to provide requested documentation
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
• A request for self-exclusion submitted by the account holder
• Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason and the member has passed identity verification, eb33 will make reasonable efforts to return the remaining real-money balance via the member's registered payment method, net of any applicable deductions.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any eb33 content without express prior written permission from eb33.
